With over 20 years of top – tier global HR leadership experience, Hisham has a proven track record of driving world – class HR capabilities and transformational changes in international and regional companies in the UAE and across borders, namely GE, HSBC, Lloyds TSB, and The Dubai Government Executive Office. As a Cultural Ambassador for governments and multinationals, Hisham is deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, people leadership & approaching every challenge with a people – focused perspective.

Throughout his career, he has led global restructuring across complex matrix organizations, adding value to the company culture and employee experience setting a solid foundation for the future. Partner & COO

With over 20 years' experience, Su is a global organizational & culture transformation leader. Starting her career in an Organisational psychology consultancy, then later moving to the Corporate space, Su has led large scale transformations in global and regional companies including General Electric (GE), Coca-Cola, Macquarie Bank and regional companies including Dubai World Trade Centre.

With a passion of enabling a company’s vision to become a reality through high impact strategic change, Su brings a structured, performance-based approach combined with co-creation and collaboration.   Having lived in the middle east for over 15 years Su thrives on cross cultural engagement and helping leaders and managers understand their personal impact in the employee experience aligned to the future of work with continuous development of their leadership skills.  

Su’s personal purpose is to “contribute to community”. This drives her in both her personal and professional life as she looks to share her knowledge through Executive coaching and Early career mentoring for Female leaders of the future.
